How to calculate shipping cost ? 

For new orders shipping cost can only be determined upon checkout. (This excludes standard shipping within the U.S)​

When to receive my order ? 

​We ship via United States Postal Service standard shipping, which takes 2-9 business days for domestic orders; international order can take 2-4 weeks depending on the shipping method chosen. Faster shipping can be chosen during checkout at the expense of the customer.

​My order has shipped, but my USPS tracking number doesn't show any information.

Please allow 1-2 days after your order has shipped for updated tracking information to appear.

​How long does it take for Customer Service to respond to my email?
