Return Deadline

​At Beartrio, your satisfaction is our priority. We will accept returns and exchanges only if the product was purchased directly from www.beartrioshop.com within 14 days of receipt. If for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to Beartrio within 14 calendar days of receipt of item(s). Claims for damaged or missing items must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise. All return items must be in new and unused condition, in original packaging, and be accompanied with a return authorization number. (See “Return Request” below.)

Exchanges and Refunds

You have the option of receiving a refund for the full amount of the original purchase price or exchanging the item(s) for warranty issues. Refunds on returned items will be issued in the original payment form as tendered at the time of purchase, excluding freight charges. If credit card made payment, once we receive the product, we will credit your account. Please allow 10-15 business days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement.​

Canceling an Order

If you would like to cancel a pending order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet entered the fulfillment process. If the order you want to cancel has already entered the fulfillment process, it cannot be canceled by you or by our customer service department. To cancel an order please email Hello@beartrioshop.com  If the order has moved into the fulfillment process and cannot be canceled, please refer to the “Return Request” section above.

Return Conditions

All return items must be in new and unused condition, in original packaging, and be accompanied with a return authorization number. Please note that Beartrio does not permit the return of or offer refunds for the following products: (1) Product that is custom configured to your specifications, including personalized products and (2) Product purchased from a 3rd party business partner. If conditions are not met, Beartrio reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee of 12%.

Return Request 

To return an item you'll need to send us an email to hello@beartrioshop.com to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) form. Beartrio will not accept returns without an authorization RMA form. If you have any additional problems or questions, please email Beartrio at hello@beartrioshop.com

Return Requirement

​All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original box, and must include all packing material, documentation, and accessories. The value of any missing items will be deducted from the credit amount of a return. For exchanges, we will exchange only what the customer returns. 

Faulty items may be repaired or exchanged at our discretion for the equivalent model.


Any merchandise missing the original Universal Product Code (UPC) cannot be returned.

Any personalize merchandise cannot be returned.

NOTE: Beartrio recommends that you (1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and (2) either insure your package for safe return to Beartrio or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to (1) use a carrier that offers tracking or (2) insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.
