Shipping Policy
Beartrio is committed to providing prompt and reliable delivery of all products to our customers. The following information outlines our shipping policy:

Shipping Methods: We offer free standard shipping on order over $50 and optional express and overnight delivery options with an additional charge. Customers can choose their preferred shipping method during the checkout process.

Processing Time: All orders are processed within [24-48] hours of receipt. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Time: Orders will ship within 2-9 business days of when the completed order is received and payment is processed, unless noted at the time order is placed or if you receive an email notification that an item in your order has been delayed. Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may be affected by unforeseen circumstances, such as inclement weather or delivery carrier delays. Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico Shipping Addresses: An additional 14 calendar days will apply. APO addresses (such as Armed Forces addresses overseas): An additional 21 calendar days will apply.

Pre-orders: Pre-orders or items that are marked online as “Back-order” will ship at a future date. Any expected delivery dates that may be given are only estimates. Orders can be delayed due to verification or time of the order being placed.

Shipping Cost: Standard shipping is free on order over $50. Express and overnight delivery options are available with an additional charge. The shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process before the order is finalized.

Tracking Information: Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website. Customers can use this information to track the status of their shipment.

Signature Requirement: For security reasons, all deliveries require a signature upon receipt. If a signature is not possible, the package will be held at the carrier's local facility for pickup.

International Shipping: Beartrio does not currently ship to international destinations.

Lost or Damaged Packages: In the rare event that a package is lost or damaged during shipment, Beartrio will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure that the customer receives a replacement or a full refund.

Canceling an Order: If you would like to cancel a pending order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet entered the fulfillment process. If the order you want to cancel has already entered the fulfillment process, it cannot be canceled by you or by our customer service department. To cancel an order please email Hello@beartrioshop.com If the order has moved into the fulfillment process and cannot be canceled.
Delivery Address
A complete and correct delivery address is essential. Once your order has been prepared for shipment or has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you (the customer) or your agent, we will contact you immediately for a correction, and the package will be re-shipped at an additional shipping fee. You must include a daytime telephone number for all orders. Occasionally packages are returned to Beartrio as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to Beartrio, please contact Beartrio to make arrangements for reshipment.
